All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. BJ Login will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy. Players with dormant accounts should contact support to reactivate.
